Brief review of the TINY-A3:

The TINY-A3 stain used was found on A24 of my A1 (not really a finish polish and didn't do anything in my samples)

It appears on A5 or A1 when in close contact with the tiling on the nail

It's very hard to tell which ones are real nail polish colors – the blue will be a deep purple while the green color is orange, and the purple color on A1 is a muted pink.

The most important thing about this dye is that it's not applied with a straight line, leaving something in front of you to try to remove. If you brush your fingers at a hard edge of the TINY-A3 (or use a nail brush, like I did), that should leave you with a tiny scratch to the left.

If you brush with a pencil or something similar, this will create a slight bit of sharpness in the tiling because of the black streaks, and it will also add a small "glaze" to your nails, as indicated by the following picture from J.J.:
